On February 20th, 70 of the top race car
drivers from the Northeast and Midwest,
and 400 racefans will pack the Victory
Lane Indoor Karting facility located in
Portland, Maine. The "DT 100" is a charity
karting event formed by New Hampshire
graphic artist and racefan Dave Thomas
Jr. as a way to not only raise money for a
very worthy charity, but to finally put
racefans behind the wheel in a race
against their favorite stars! The inaugural
"DT 100" netted a whopping $5690.00 for
the CNY Make-A-Wish Foundation in the
one day event. The 2010 show promises
to be even bigger and better, with even
more of auto racing's biggest stars,
Following the event will be a GIANT
afterparty at racing legend Bentley
Warren's Saloon in Arundel. Plenty of
discount accomodations are available at
the Comfort Suites of Biddeford, and
shuttle service to and from the afterparty
to the hotel will be provided by Bentley's
Saloon.

Make-A-Wish fundraiser
Will be March 13th at the Oswego Moose
Lodge. This will be my last year of doing this
event. Our goal is going to try and reach
$150,000.00  in the 10 th year of the event. I
look forward to having other fundraisers for
Make-A-Wish.
